Tips on Using LĒVO Gummy Mix:
- Use MCT oil or Coconut Oil. MCT Oil is a favorite because it has no flavor or smell and won't take away from the flavor of the gummy mix.
- Stirring is key! One of the most common problems we find is that when not stirred enough, the oil can separate from the gummy mix. We stir for 5-10 minutes when initially adding the oil, and in between dispensing.
- If you gummy mix thickens while you are dispensing, you can reheat it at a low temperature.
- You don't need to add lecithin to the mix. While it doesn't hurt, it's also not necessary as LĒVO Gummy Mix already contains lecithin.
- If you notice foaming on your gummy mix while it cooks, this is caused by over-stirring the gelatin. It shouldn't impact the taste of your gummies and you can just skim it off.
- We find that 3-4 tablespoons of infused oil is the perfect amount, but we've added as much as 6 tablespoons without impacting the consistency of the gummies.
- Keep your gummies refrigerated to prevent them from oozing and help them keep their shape.
Want To Hack Your Gummies? Here Are Our Favorite DIYs:
- Combine flavors to make new ones. Peach-Raspberry or Cherry-Peach.
- Swap out the water required in the recipe for juice! Adding juice will add an extra sweetness and flavor to help mask any herb-flavor.
- Coat your gummies in sugar or cornstarch to keep them from sticking together.
- Don't want to make a full batch? Halve the recipe! Just use 3 tablespoons of water and 1-3 tablespoons of infused oil with the mix. LĒVO Gummy Mix bags are resealable.
- Use our Glitter & Shimmer Kit or Glittery Gummy Kit to add extra sparkle to your finished product.

I’ll be honest, I love Levo gummy mix flavor of Tropical Peach! It took me 4 tries before I nailed it down perfectly. Number 5 batch is perfect today! I’m a total rookie, never cooked like this before. I think everyone should know that it may take a few attempts, getting the right pan, heat distribution, stirring time and getting it into molds in correct semi-liquid condition. I upgraded on my third attempt to a, (DON’T LAUGH), Turkey Baster. I am able to fill it quickly and fill at least 8 gummy molds at once, making that last step go fast. Total time on stove top to gummy molds in fridge and kitchen clean-up for me is less than 15 minutes. Thanks Levo for that end product we made together, your ingredients and my stove and coconut oil.
I’m doing my first batch. How long should I let my herb infuse,

Hi Dre! Depending on what you’re infusing with, you’ll want to check out our Herb Calculator for suggestions on infusion time and temperatures: https://levooil.com/pages/calculator.

Hi
Thanks for reaching out to LĒVO support! 🌿.
How long can you store infused gummies?
Infused gummies will last less than 1 week if not stored in the fridge or freezer. I recommend they should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container and should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.
Shelf life of gummy mix
Around 24 months

Received my Levo C last week and made my first infusion and batch of gummies last night! With 64 gummies, can I store them in the freezer for a longer shelf life? Should I leave them in the molds, or remove and roll them in a cornstarch sugar mixture? Any tips on the best way storage options? Thanks!

Hi Angela, we love helping customers with gummy questions! As long as you keep your gummies stored in the fridge, they will not get oily or soft. Some out our members prefer to keep their gummies in the freezer for a longer shelf life, especially in the summer. We learn a lot ourselves from our members in our private Facebook group, the LĒVO Love Club. You can join that group and search as well as post for more answers there!
