Where do I find my order number?
It's in your order confirmation email. If you checked out while signed in, it's also under Orders in your account.
When will I get a tracking number?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can also enter your tracking number above.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take a little while to show the first scan after your label is created. If it still hasn't moved, email support@levooil.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
My order arrived damaged or isn't working.
Take photos or a short video of the issue right away and send them to support@levooil.com with your order number. We'll help you get it sorted.
