Pepperoni Parmesan Homemade Cheez Its Recipe

They taste salty, cheesy, and a little bit nostalgic. Create homemade Cheez Its with your own twist with the LĒVO infusion machine from some basic ingredients and infused butter. Be careful not to let them get too toasty - unless that's the way you like them!

Ingredients

• ¼ cup cheddar cheese

• ¾ cup parmesan cheese

• 15 slices pepperoni

• 1 cup flour

• ¾ tsp salt

• 3 tbsp water

• Coarse sea salt

• Onion powder

• 4 oz. infused butter (refrigerated until very cold)

Directions

1. Mix together ¼ cup cheddar, ¾ parmesan

2. Place pepperonis on a piece of foil and sprinkle cheese mix on top. Sprinkle with onion powder. Crisp in oven, be careful not to burn!

3. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup flour, ¾ tsp salt, cold infused butter, and cooled pepperoni-cheese mixture.

4. Pulse dough mixture in a food processor until it is the consistency of sand.

5. Mix in 1 tbsp of water at a time to the mixture to create a dough (3 tbsp total).

6. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface into a square disk, as tall as it is wide. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

7. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

8. Once the dough has been chilled, roll into rectangle that is 1/8 in. or less.

9. Using a fluted pastry cutter, pizza cutter, or knife, cut into 1 in. squares. Transfer to baking sheet.

10. Use the end of a chopstick or another tool to poke a hole in the center of each of the cheez-its crackers.

11. Bake at 375°F until puffed and slightly browning at the edges. Be very careful not to burn!

12. Remove from heat and your homemade cheez its crackers cool, but not before you try some while they’re still warm!
