Ingredients

For Infusion

1 vanilla bean
1 cup of coconut oil, melted

For Peanut Butter Filling

¼ cup infused coconut oil
2 cups of peanut butter
2 ½ cups of powdered sugar

For Chocolate

1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ tbsp of infused coconut oil

Directions

Split your vanilla bean open to expose the seeds and cut into inch-long pieces
Place the bean into the LEVO Herb Pod.
Add the LEVO Herb Pod and melted coconut oil to the reservoir.
Set LEVO to "Infuse" for 1 hour at 170°F.
Once complete, dispense into a glass container and set aside.

Instructions

In a bowl, combine peanut butter and melted coconut oil.
Add powdered sugar to the mixture and stir to combine until you can no longer see the sugar.
Spoon bite size (approximately a tablespoon-size) of the peanut butter onto a baking sheet.
Once all bites are formed, place in the refrigerator or freezer until set (30 minutes to 1 hour).
Leave your peanut butter bites in the freezer or refrigerator while you prepare the chocolate coating.
Melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave and stir to combine.
Dip your peanut butter bites in the melted chocolate and place on baking sheet.
Let your bites set in the refrigerator or freezer.
Once set, place into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
