Make your own oatmeal cookie edibles with LEVO.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup infused butter
- 1/4 cup infused maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

LĒVO Prep
Infused Butter
- Grind up your favorite flower and place it in the herb pod.
- Place the herb pod inside your LĒVO II and set it to the Activate setting for 30 minutes at 240°F.
- Once your flower is finished decarbing, add 2 cups of butter inside the LĒVO II.
- Set your LĒVO II to the Infuse setting for 2 hours at 210 - 220°F.
- Once complete, dispense the infused butter into a glass container
- Allow your infusion to cool and solidify back into solid butter.
- Store in the fridge up until the expiry date for the butter.
Infused Maple Syrup
- Grind up your favorite flower and place it in the herb pod.
- Place the herb pod inside your LĒVO II and set it to the Activate setting for 30 minutes at 240°F.
- Once complete, add 1 cup of maple syrup inside the reservoir.
- Set your LĒVO to the Infuse setting for 2 hours at 165°F.
- Once complete, dispense the infused maple syrup into a glass dropper bottle or back into the glass maple syrup bottle.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Store in a cool, dark room/cupboard to prevent oil from oxidizing.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine almond flour, cinnamon, and baking soda together.
- Melt the infused butter using the microwave.
- Whisk in the egg, melted infused butter, and infused maple syrup to the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Line a baking try with parchment paper.
- Using an ice cream scoop, create 12 cookies on the baking tray.
- Bake for 20 ~ 22 mins.
- Cool on drying rack for 10 minutes and enjoy!
