Let the flavors run wild with this creative EVOO recipe featuring lemon, garlic, and oregano.
Ingredients
Peel of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp of dried oregano
3 cloves of smashed garlic
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Directions
Add ingredients to LEVO Herb Pod. If you have two Herb Pods, use them. Otherwise, one Herb Pod works for a more subtle flavor.
Insert LEVO Herb Pod(s) in the reservoir and pour in the EVOO.
Close the lid and set LEVO to "Infuse" for 1 hour at 165°F.
Once complete, dispense and enjoy!

EVOO has a high smoke point of around 375°, infuse low and slow for max flavor.

How long does the oil last? Does it need to be refrigerated?

Oils may be infused with fresh herbs or garlic without acidification, but those infusions must be stored in the refrigerator and used within two to three days.
