We've added a LĒVO twist to our favorite Thanksgiving classic. Check out our infused gravy recipe!
Ingredients
1 cup turkey drippings from the oven
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 3 tbsp LEVO infused butter
1 sprig of rosemary
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
LĒVO Prep
Fill LĒVO herb pod with 6 grams of coarsely ground herb.
Fill the LĒVO reservoir with butter and set to 200ºF for 2.5 hours.
After the infusion is ready, dispense and use.
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, bring turkey drippings, chicken stock, and rosemary to a boil.
- Once it’s boiling, remove the rosemary and turn the heat down to medium.
Add in infused butter and stir until uniform.
Whisk in all-purpose flour and continue stirring until the gravy thickens.
Once you reach the desired consistency, turn the heat to low.
- Salt and pepper to taste and serve!
