Hello! I just tried making this recipe using 4 sticks of butter but found it to be impossible for 4 sticks and the pod to fit into the reservoir. I initially used 2 pods to make the butter extra strong but once I finished the activation process for them found it to be challenging to even fit 2 sticks of butter in with both pods. I ended up removing one of the pods and using 1 pod to 2 sticks of butter. I guess I just need to do that twice? I was wondering if this recipe is accurate or perhaps was better suited for the larger LEVO?
Thank you so much!

Hi Rachel,
This is a great question. The recipe is applicable to LĒVO II. I believe that the two pods affect the capacity of the butter since the recipe only uses one pod only. Our LĒVO II has the capacity to hold up to 4 sticks of butter which is equivalent to 16 oz if you use one pod. Hope this help.

I would like to find out more information about making herb butters and oils including time and temps. The calculator is very limited in the selection of herbs, garlic, combinations. Having a wide range of temp and time leads to too much trial and error.

Hi Lynda! Beyond our Herb Calculator, it is tricky to provide more information for those very reasons. Infusing with your herb & butter is all about preference and finding that perfect time & temp fit to your needs! Many users find our default recommendations do the trick, though! We have a variety of recipes available for further reference here: https://levooil.com/blogs/recipes. And if you’re interested in exchanging ideas and possible infusion combinations with fellow LEVO users, we would also recommend joining our LEVO Love Club (https://www.facebook.com/groups/levoloveclub/about/).

Making gummies is a blast, but it can be a bit tricky! My advice to you would be to stir, stir, stir! Water and oil aren’t known for getting along nicely, and putting in some elbow work is the best way to get them all copacetic.
In addition to that advice, one of our rockstar marketing folks put together some gummy making tips and tricks: https://levooil.com/blogs/recipes/levo-gummy-mix-instructions 🍬
