Ingredients
Main Ingredients
½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
¼ cup cream cheese, fully softened
Pinch of sea salt
2 to 3 tablespoons chili-infused honey
Chili-Infused Honey Ingredients
1-2 teaspoons of dried chili flakes or dried chili peppers (add more for added heat)
Prepare your LĒVO machine by inserting the magnetic stirrer into the reservoir.
Fill the LĒVO Pod with dried chili flakes or dried chili peppers.
Add the honey to the LĒVO reservoir and insert the filled pod.
Set your machine to the Infuse cycle and select a temperature between 105°F and 115°F. Infuse for two hours or longer, depending on your preferred level of heat.
Start the infusion and allow the cycle to complete. Once finished, place a container beneath the spout and carefully dispense the infused honey while it is still warm.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream and cream cheese. Mix until completely smooth.
Add 2 tablespoons of the chili-infused honey and a pinch of sea salt.
Taste and adjust with additional infused honey until the heat and sweetness feel right to you.
Mix until silky and fully incorporated.
