Whether you like to be clean shaven or not, there’s nothing like a minty fresh scent. Learn how to make your own homemade rosemary mint shaving cream with this easy LĒVO skincare recipe.

Ingredients

For Infusion

• ¾ cup shea butter

• 2 Tbsp dried mint

• 2 Tbsp dried rosemary

For Shaving Cream

• 2 Tbsp avocado oil

• ¾ cup coconut oil

• 2 tsp vitamin E oil

Directions

LEVO Prep

1. Pack LEVO Pod with a combined 2-3 Tbsp of your dried mint and rosemary. Add shea butter to the reservoir and close the lid.

2. Set LEVO to "Infuse" for 30 minutes at 160°F. 

3. Once complete, dispense and set aside to chill.

Instructions

1. In a mixer, combine infused shea butter with coconut oil and avocado oil.

2. Add vitamin E oil.

3. Transfer to a glass jar with an airtight lid. 

4. Store in a cool, dry place.

5. To use, apply a thin layer to skin and shave.

Recipe Note

If the mixture is left in a warm bathroom, it will melt. You can easily firm up melted shaving cream by placing it in the refrigerator until it begins to re-solidify. You can also toss back in the mixer to re-blend if desired.
