To make infused Olive Oil using LĒVO machines, follow your machine’s decarb instructions, and then infuse the flower-filled pods at 165°F for 3-6 hours.

Grandma’s Meatball Recipe
- 1 pound of pork sausage
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2/3 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup of finely minced onions
- 3 garlic cloves, minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons of infused olive oil
- A couple teaspoons of milk to moisten breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the meats, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, infused oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well.
- Form into two-inch balls.
- Brown in a skillet with non-infused cooking oil on medium heat.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Bon Appetit!
You can also use these meatballs to make lasagna. Slice them up and put them on pizza. If you have Italian bread or a French baguette, make meatball grinders by cutting the meatballs in half, placing them inside the sliced bread, and melting some provolone over the top. Delicious!
