Directions
LĒVO Prep
Pack herb pod with garlic cloves and chopped onion. Set your LĒVO to the activate cycle.
When activation is complete, add chili powder to the herb pod.
Add 4 sticks of sliced butter into the reservoir.
Set your LEVO to 160-175°F and infuse for 2 hours.
Dispense while the butter is still warm. (You need 1/3 cup of LĒVO-infused chili butter for this recipe, store the remaining butter in an air-tight container and place in the fridge.)
Instructions
Add chicken into a vacuum seal bag or freezer bag. Pour LĒVO-infused chili butter over drumsticks.
If using a vacuum seal bag, remove air and seal. If using a freezer bag, remove air as best as you can.
Let marinate for a minimum of 3 hours in the refrigerator.
When done marinating, preheat the oven to 425°F.
Once ready, add chicken to a cast iron skillet and place in the oven.
Cook for 45 minutes, flipping halfway though.
Remove from oven and garnish with desired toppings. I like adding chili-inspired toppings like cheese and green onion! Enjoy!
