Pasta or chips? Thanks to our Italian pasta chips recipe, you don't need to choose.
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of dry basil
1 cup of avocado oil
2 tbsp of basil and garlic avocado oil
1 cup of Farfalle pasta
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Infusion Prep
Add garlic and basil into the LEVO Herb Pod. Insert into the reservoir.
Add avocado oil to the reservoir and close the lid.
Set LEVO to "Infuse" at 200°F for 30 minutes.
Once complete, dispense into a glass container.
Instructions
Boil your pasta based on the box instructions. You want them to be al dente.
Once complete, strain until dry.
In a bowl, mix pasta, basil and garlic avocado oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese until the pasta is complete coated.
On an oiled baking sheet, lay your pasta out in a single layer.
Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes, or until golden and the edges are crispy.
Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
