My first time doing thc infused butter. I feel like I’m missing a step. Am i supposed to activate it first without adding the butter sticks? Once I activate then add butter and infuse?

Hi Janira!
Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on your first flower-infused butter adventure! You’re on the right track – before adding the butter sticks, activating the flower first is essential. We recommend using the ACTIVATE cycle at 240ºF/116ºC for 30 minutes. During this step, you should not add liquid like butter or oils to the reservoir.
Once you’ve completed the ACTIVATE cycle, it’s time to infuse your butter. Add the butter sticks to the reservoir and start your INFUSE cycle. You’ll soon have beautifully infused butter for your culinary creations! 😋

Does the butter used need to be clarified before making the infusion?

Great question, Georgianna! The butter does not need to be clarified prior to infusing. You may jump right into the recipe!
Hello I just got my LĒVO C kitchen sink bundle, with gummy maker, I made the strawberry lemonade gummy’s, they were good. I’m trying to make the other gummy recipes, but I only see recipes for stovetop, and not the gummy maker, even the LĒVO gummy mixes have stove top instructions. How do I use your other gummy recipes, in the gummy maker?

This is a great question, and we’re happy to help! For the Gummy Candy Mixer, you will combine 1 bag of LĒVO Gummy Mix with 6 tablespoons of water. Hand mix to a paste-like consistency, and then run cycle 1. After cycle 1 has completed, you will add 4 tablespoons of infused oil and run cycle 2. I’ve also attached a video here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SC_gPWYWB4I

What is the best way to infuse fresh rosemary into buttermilk?
Activate it for how long and at what temperature

LEVO Oil Infusion, Inc. replied:
Great question! Rosemary does not need to be activated. You will instead dry the rosemary at 115°F for 3 hours. After the dry cycle has ended, you’ll add your buttermilk and infuse for 30-60 minutes at 165°F. We can’t wait to hear how your rosemary buttermilk turns out!
