To keep your gummies from oozing and to help them retain their shape, store them in the refrigerator. For extended storage and freshness, keeping them chilled is essential. Optionally, you can coat the gummies in cornstarch or sugar before storing to prevent them from sticking together.
How do I use LĒVO’s gummy mix with my Gummy Candy Mixer?
How do I use LĒVO’s gummy mix with my Gummy Candy Mixer?
- Add one bag of gummy mix to the mixer with 6 tablespoons of water.
- Pre-mix by hand until you’ve reached a paste-like consistency.
- Press the power button once to engage the first cycle. This cycle will first heat the mixture for 7 minutes (no stirring). After these 7 minutes, your mixer will begin to heat and stir for an additional 7 minutes.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
- Hold down the power button to engage the second cycle. This cycle will begin stirring the mixture for 2 minutes without heat.
- Once the second cycle is complete, check to ensure that the oil was fully incorporated. If there is still oil sitting at the top, we recommend holding down the power button and running another stir cycle.
- Pour into your molds and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
Tip: If at any point you lift the Gummy Mixer off the base, the cycle will stop and turn off. You can also stop a cycle by pressing the power button once during either cycle. You will need to begin the cycle again using the methods above if either situation occurs.
