I've tried making my gummies using the stove and I'm so glad I decided to buy this machine with the spout lid. It's way less mess, quicker preparation, less waste, and waaaay easier to dispense into the mold. I love that I don't have to monitor and constantly stir. I can walk away and prepare my molds while it's mixing
