These are amazing tasting gummies. This gummy mixer takes all the effort of standing over a stove with a wisp away. Another machine to make a process with multiple steps effortless. A great investment if you wanna press an easy button on making gummies

I wish I would have purchased this long ago! It's so much easier and you don't have to stand over a boiling pot of gummy goo, hoping it turns out good. I added 5 tbsp of "infused oil", ran the last 3 minute cycle, twice....they turned out amazing. Firm & flavorful 🤟 I came back and ordered the rounded gummy molds so I can calculate the per piece good stuff more accurately. I had to guess by using dinosaur molds that I ran out and got just for this. But, they are on point 👌

Is this necessary if I own the Levo 2? I would imagine after infusing in the Levo 2 it’ll be simple as well. Is it worth it to get this specifically for gummies? Decarb in the Levo, infuse all ingredients in the gummy machine? $80 is cheap for what it can do!

5 stars for the presentation, works its purpose greatly, instructions are clear, automated recipes in text and cookbook. 4 stars for Levo 2: after 2 weeks to a month no use, not touched, used 5–7 times max, brand new, gummy bundle, extra equipment, etc, ran me a good $700+ easy.
So, only having the device for a few months, I come back to use it after the 2 weeks, something wasn’t right: it would not latch shut! I looked to see and the top piece is fine but the actual locking mechanism wasn’t working. Latch broke with out using it for 2 weeks and they didn’t replace the brand new device, barely used, because warranty doesn’t cover “Manufacturer Defects,”…
Wouldn’t one think Levo would replace a machine used 5-7 MAX times, owned for only a few months, it was manufactured improperly (Levo’s Production/QA/Warranty team dropped the ball hard or did it on purpose (IMO). Instead, “accidental damage” is covered….Makes no sense at all.
So, with that rationality, throwing one’s Levo 2 as far as you can on “accident” might get you a $400+ bundle warranty one is owed. Lastly, I am a Cannaisseur, Cannabis is my passion, work, I love it, grow it, breathe and smoke it. Don’t forget to eat the treat: I take great care of ALL my expensive hardware and none has broke until the Levo 2. I bought the extended warranty and directed me to that but one can’t utilize said warranty until Levo’s “loophole” warranty guidelines are in affect, essentially making customers pay for a device that will break so and loophole the warranty so if the company is the one in the wrong, they won’t replace it. Little backwards? It says a lot about the company itself.
I love the machines work but the Customer Service and warranty claims are not acceptable. This is illegal and called “planned obsolescence.” Making things built to last for X period of time, then it will break. Maybe this is not the case company-wide but from my point of view, that is exactly what happened.
I know this is for reviews on this but I think this is definitely justified as the products could go hand-in-hand. Other than customer service and a loopholed warranty that is extremely bias, the products work well. I’ve been reduced to putting soft padding on the top and lay something heavy to keep it shut.

In no way is the malicious or anger, it it my perspective and experience with Levo and their customer service (or lack there of) giving me run-arounds and excuses.

I’m posting this to get the attention of the Levo team, not just a bit or mods. Customers need to know and Levo needs to appeal to the customer: not do us in the industry dirty. I understand warranties and all that but if the manufacturer built a machine that broke due to their lack of quality assurance, I should be able to send my Levo 2 which WAS brand new, barely used.

I think one would agree this is a bad look and a terrible experience after spending over $700 on equipment from Levo.

The mixer is sufficient, but can be a bit sloppy I notice with my first batch I poured all of my infused oil in during the beginning of the second cycle and it stayed above the mixture?! The machine Did not stir that well, a lot of the infused oil ended up being on the outside of the gummy?! But the second batch I turned the second cycle on first and then I slowly poured in the infused oil. After that I had a mini handheld mixer that I put in. I had to use on the sides and at the bottom of the container( I wish the container was a little bit bigger) and it mixed a whole lot better it’s still a bit of a messy processing, taking the dropper into the mixer and turning it on back-and-forth to keep it mixing while you’re trying to fill the gummy molds, but it did OK. I think the machine needs to be designed a little bit larger and maybe with dual stirrers. Thank you.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first. The mix pours right in with water and the machine does it all by itself. The infusion process (optional) was quick and easy. I do recommend letting it continue to mix with the infuse option while filling trays as it keeps the mix perfectly melted to transfer. I have let friends sample and ALL of them want MORE! I named my Gummiez “AMAZEBALLS” as it just seemed fitting. I just ordered 12 more packages and cannot keep up with demand. I HIGHLY recommend!!

never received it. horrible customer service we purchased this in nov to make gummies as christmas gifts for our friends. lied to by levo and never received the mixer. complete scam of a company. they stated it was out for delivery on the 12th of dec. we received a email saying it had been delivered but nothing. called and messaged company but no response. we have filed a complaint with better business bureau and posted a review on our youtube channel regarding their customer service.
