The recipes were relaxing alternatives to some tried and true recipes. I particularly enjoyed the spice infused curried peanut dip. Infusing the spices added an additional zing past recipes failed to create.

Keto, low carb, paleo eaters all try to consume higher levels of healthy fats, which means oils, butters. I bought this cookbook to explore the use of my Levo II as an add on to my dietary lifestyle. I was happily surprised with all the flavor possibilities that I can get by infusing my oils and butters for recipes. A great stepping off point to explore more flavorful and creative keto cooking. Great job!

I got this cookbook to find more recipe ideas for my LEVO II, even though I'm not following the Keto diet. I am inspired to buy almond flour and other ingredients that I don't normally have on hand so I can make some of these quick and easy recipes any time. The breakfast ideas are especially great, my kids love them and I like that they're easy to make on weekdays.

I enjoyed learning ways to incorporate my medicinal infusions into a keto diet. Having to infuse regularly for my health, I've found it hard to incorporate oils and fats into a diet that is nutritious and versatile... there's so much variety in this book!

I love watching Thomas Youtube vids and was thrilled to see a recipe from him included in this cookbook. I mean, dude is jacked! Hoping to get abs like his one day. Levo is full on legit for Keto.
