Open to attendees of the CHAMPS Trade Show who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter:
Scan the QR code and complete the entry form with your name, business name, and contact information. One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries must be received by Friday May 8, 2026 at 6:00PM PT.
Prize:
One (1) LĒVO infusion machine and gummy bundle. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner is responsible for transporting the prize from the booth; shipping is not provided.
Winner Selection:
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified at the booth and/or via the contact information provided. Winner must respond to notification within 30 minutes and claim the prize at the LĒVO Booth on-site between 12:00PM and 2:00PM Saturday May 9, 2026 or an alternate winner may be selected.
Use of Information:
By entering, participants agree that LĒVO may contact them using the information provided for follow-up related to wholesale opportunities, product information, or future promotions. Information will not be sold to third parties.
General Conditions:
LĒVO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of LĒVO, which are final.
