Directions
Pack LĒVO herb pod with your herb of choice. Use fresh herbs or coarsely ground dried herbs. Too finely ground and your herb will seep through into your infusion, so grind just enough to increase surface area and maximize infusion.
Add the packed LĒVO Herb Pod to your LĒVO unit, inside the reservoir.
Measure up to 16 oz (2 cups) of olive oil, and add it to the reservoir. Make sure the herbs inside the Herb Pod are fully submerged in the oil.
Set your LĒVO to 165°F and infuse up to 5 hours, depending on your herb choice. Use the suggested settings shown on the Oil and Herb calculator to be precise.
When the Infuse cycle is completed, dispense your infusion into a clean, airtight container. We love reusable glass jars. Use the Herb Press accessory after dispensing to get every last drop from your soaked herbs inside the Herb Pod.
Keep your olive oil infusion in your pantry or refrigerator. Or, for maximum freshness, keep your infusions organized and accessible by pouring them into our freezer-safe Herb Blocks Tray storage solution.
Savory or sweet, whatever you’re cookin’ up, add the flavor and health benefits of herbs with LĒVO infused olive oil.

New to this machine! Any suggestions appreciated to make infused Basil Oil.
Definitely will use EVOO, but does anyone have experience with a specific brand or “flavor” (light, robust) that worked best?
Fresh herbs or freeze dried?
Thank you!

We recommend checking out one of our recipes with basil, here: https://levooil.com/blogs/recipes/garlic-avocado-oil. Either dried or fresh herbs work great, and if you only have fresh, you can dry them in LEVO! We recommend joining our LEVO Love Club Facebook group for helpful tips and tricks from other users. We hope this helps! 😊

I’ve been struggling to find a solid solution to infusion for a while, and I heard about Levo from a friend and am blown away by how amazing it is. Seriously, I had been using my oven and straining with a cheesecloth, and it was super messy. So happy to not have to do that drama anymore!
