Essentially, you mix oil and sugar to create the base scrub, then add spices and/or herbs for scent and functionality. This recipe uses an infused oil created with the LĒVO infusion machine, but you could also create the scrub using the base recipe and additional essential oils. Ingredients

For the Oil Infusion:

• 1 cup coconut oil (melted)

For Spiced Vanilla Sugar Scrub:

• 1 cup infused coconut oil

• 2 cups raw or granulated sugar (or a mix of both)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ⅛ tsp ground clove

Directions

LEVO Prep

1. Split your vanilla bean open to expose the seeds and cut into inch-long pieces

2. Place your chopped vanilla bean into the LĒVO Herb Pod.
3. Add the Herb Pod to the reservoir, along with 1 cup of melted coconut oil.
4. Set your LĒVO to 170°F and infuse for 1 hour.
5. Dispense into a clean, airtight container while still warm.

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups sugar with your warm, infused coconut oil.

2. Add spices and stir until well incorporated.
3. Spoon into an airtight jar (we love glass for gift presentation!).
4. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 months.
