Orders that include a LEVO machine ship for free via economy shipping. Shipping rates are estimated on the checkout page for orders that do not include a LEVO machine.
Orders can be shipped “Signature Required” by selecting that option at checkout for an additional fee. “Signature Required” can not be used on orders that ship to a PO box. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be available to accept and sign for the package if this option is selected.
LEVO does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing items that occur during shipment if the order is marked as delivered.
Orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2 business days. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin to process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processing time will be longer.

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we ship orders using Federal Express (FedEx) and USPS (United States Postal Service).
The “in-transit” times for orders are usually between 2-10 business days. Please note that service interruptions can affect the in-transit timeframe and LEVO is not responsible for any delays.
We do not guarantee shipping or arrival times for any order.
We do not ship outside of North America at this time.
