To kick things off, Chef Charleen has created an infused recipe for a Shrimp Salad Sandwich Melt. This Shrimp Salad Melt is made with sourdough bread and a handful of ingredients. It's simple to make and even easier to make infused.

Chef Charleen has created an infused recipe for a Shrimp Salad Sandwich Melt. This Shrimp Salad Melt is made with sourdough bread and a handful of other ingredients. It's simple to make and even easier to make infused.

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Infused Butter

• 1/4 lb Peeled cooked shrimp
• 1 Tbsp Mayo
• 1 Tbsp Chopped onion
• 1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
• 1 Tbsp Chopped celery
• Pinch of salt & pepper
• Cheddar cheese
• Sliced lettuce, tomato, onion (optional)
• 2 Slices of Sourdough

Directions

1. Chop cooked shrimp.

2. Mix chopped shrimp with mayo, celery, and onions.

3. Add 1 Tbsp of melted #LEVOmade infused butter and mix thoroughly to shrimp salad mix.

4. Butter the sourdough slices and add cheddar cheese.

5. Toast bread in oven until melted.

6. Put together the sandwich, add sliced tomato, lettuce or more onions to your liking. Enjoy!
