Ingredients

For the LĒVO Infusion

LĒVO II
1 cup sesame oil
herbs or flower of choice

For the Ramen

instant ramen noodles with flavoring
chilli flakes
optional: scallions, boiled egg and sesame seeds for toppings

Directions

Prep: LĒVO Infusion

Add your flowers or herb of choice to the LĒVO herb pod, filling it approximately half way. Next, add the packed herb pod to the LĒVO reservoir which should be installed securely inside your LĒVO unit.
Add 1 cup sesame oil to the reservoir and set the Infuse cycle to 200ºF for 60 minutes. When the infusion is complete, dispense it into a clean container and let cool completely.

Instructions

Cook ramen according to packet instructions, adding flavoring and ensuring the bowl has a decent amount of water with the noodles.
Drizzle infused sesame oil over the noodles, then sprinkle with chilli flakes.
Add chopped scallions, a soft-boiled egg and sesame seeds on top and serve.
