Who doesn’t love fries?! They become even more delicious with the right toppings, and this quick easy fries recipe will have you opting for your home-cooked version over the local takeaway any time.

Ingredients

For the LĒVO Infusion

2 cups olive oil
herbs or flower of your choice

For the Easy Fries

1 bag frozen french fries
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup cheese of choice
two tbsp cup hot sauce

Directions

Prepare your LĒVO-infused olive oil.
Pour one bag of frozen french fries onto an oven-safe baking tray. Cook according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, grate cheese and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, two tbsp hot sauce and ¼ cup infused olive oil together until smooth.
Take chips out of the oven, sprinkle cheese and put back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Take out of the oven and spoon spicy infused mayo mixture over your cheese fries, then enjoy!
